Line status display options
& Real time quick edits

The line status screen displays all of your jobs as color-coded cells representing the status of that machine/input. Tailor the line status screen to meet your needs and learn how to enter quick job edits on the fly.

Reports and report preloads

Use Tracker's reports to create custom on-screen reports by defining date range, machines/jobs, and data fields, then export to a .csv file with one click. Save report settings as a report preload for quick, accurate reporting.

Email and text alerts

Never miss a downtime again with Tracker's new email alert feature, with shift-based contact storage. Instantly notify the appropriate person or group of a downtime occurrence. Notify a different person or group of contacts if the machine remains down.

You can also set your own alert triggers and contact groups with shift schedules.

Access database

Tracker Evolution has (2) independant Access database creation programs. There is a manual version where you select your data and it builds the file for you, and an automatic Access database that runs in the background of the host PC or server and continually updates a file with the most current data every 5 minutes.

Mobile Access program

The mobile access program is a new feature to the Tracker production monitoring system, only available in the Tracker Evolution software. It allows you to access real time line status and summary data via any device with an internet browser.

Migrating Tracker presets
to Tracker Evolution

If you are making the transition from running Tracker version 4 to Tracker Evolution, we have a data migration program that will convert your current jobs, job presets, and machine tags for easy integration into Tracker Evolution.

Setting up workstations

Tracker Evolution is only installed onto (1) host PC or server. Each workstation gains access to the individual program applications that are available to them through a network connection. This makes program updates a breeze because the software only needs to be updated on the host.
